Overview
Simply45® ProSeries hybrid connectors feature our patented Cap45. The ProSeries connector provides the convenience of a pass-through style with the security of a standard modular plug. Simply45® only uses the highest quality materials to ensure reliable results and will greatly reduce truck rollbacks. Our connectors are commercially rated and feature a 3-prong style contact designed for all PoE applications, making Simply45® ProSeries the most reliable terminations on the market today.

- Pass-Through Design with Cap45® Isolation — Patented Cap45® barrier snaps in after termination to cover exposed conductor ends, mitigating the risk of shorting in less-compliant sockets and enhancing field reliability.
- Cat6/6a Performance Support — Complies with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E/Ea standards; supports 10GBASE-T performance over unshielded twisted pair cabling.
- 23 AWG UTP Compatibility — Accepts solid conductor ranges of 1.05 mm–1.20 mm (0.041″–0.047″) with high/low stagger wire alignment, making it ideal for larger Cat6 and Cat6a UTP cable jackets.
- Precision Contact Design — 3-prong contacts with 50 µ″ true 24 ct gold plating deliver robust electrical contact and improved signal integrity compared to conventional 2-prong designs.
- Commercial-Rated Construction — UL94 V0 flame rating and UL/cUL listing support use in CMP (plenum), CMR, CM, and LSZH cable environments, suitable for enterprise and data-center deployments.
- Easy Identification & Handling — Red-tinted plugs and color-coded jar caps expedite part selection on-site; wide-mouth jar facilitates tool bag access and inventory handling.
- Quantity & Packaging — Supplied in a 100-piece jar with 110 Cap45® isolation caps.
