    The Honeywell V15V20-TC2UPG is a Honeywell Vista 15P/20P panel prom chip for Total Connect TC 2.0 monitoring services. The V15V20-TC2UPG prom chip is used to upgrade an older Honeywell Vista control panel from Total Connect 1.0 services to Total Connect 2.0 services, without having to buy a new control panel.
