Alarm.com ADC-SEM300-VT-VZ System Enhancement Module and IP Communicator is an upgraded version of the Alarm.com SEM210-VT communicator compatible with the Honeywell Vista10P, 15P, and 20P panels. This communicator allows signal transfer from your panel to Alarm.com and/or a central station, depending on your service plan.
The SEM supports the 4G LTE cellular network and optional Broadband Ethernet, ensuring the longest life cycle with the most secure and reliable service. The SEM is now ETL certified, ensuring a high benchmark of safety and sustainability.
