Both existing Houston Wave Electronics locations and corporate offices will be combined and moved into this amazing new facility with the first day of operation scheduled for April 12, 2010.

The new Super Facility will offer two types of dedicated showrooms:

• “Dealer only showrooms” are contained in the Wave Electronics distribution area that include a theater room, electronics and speaker auditioning room, and a myriad of lifestyle vignettes for audio video and automation products. These showrooms are designed to give you the dealer a complete understanding and direction on what products are a perfect fit for your next bid.
• “My Showroom” housed in the new Super Facility next door to Wave Electronics, is a full 2500 sqft experience center home complete with a full array of automation and audio video products displayed in a real world environment. “My Showroom” is an exclusive approach for our dealers to bring in their customers by appointment only basis and use it as their own. Our dealers will now have a showroom separate from the distribution side of the business that can be used to demonstrate and close whole house solutions to their customers. (Scheduled opening of “My Showroom” is second half of  2010)

We realize that your time is valuable and that the time in and out of our location should be just that…QUICK! Wave Electronics new super location will offer all hand pick products or quick purchase products in a 3,000 sqft self pick area similar to the “Home Depot” style of shopping you are familiar with. Selecting obscure parts and accessories is a hands on experience that eliminates the need for you to know specific part numbers…just browse through the well merchandised area and pick the products you need in a snap!

Warehouse

The new Super Facility contains 35,000 sqft ware house space to accommodate more just in time inventory and overstock merchandise to better service our dealers.

Delivery

We do realize moving locations could cause some inconvenience for some of our dealers so we have taken steps to increase our daily delivery service to accommodate your buying habits. We do not want to interfere with your daily mode of operation and suggest that if delivery is in the best interest of your company that you give us a call to discuss the option of our delivery program.

That’s not all! 30 days from the opening of the Super Location, Wave Electronics will also open a second facility to better serve our dealers on the north side of Houston located 221 Barren Spring Dr, Houston TX 77090. We will announce the hard date very shortly.

Finally. The Holy Grail of convenience has descended upon us. Let's say you're enjoying a movie on your couch and you suddenly get warmer or cooler than you think you should be. Your eyes move over to the thermostat on the wall. You think to yourself "I don't want to get up and have to re-contour the couch cushions to my body." Well, guess what? Now, you don't have to walk all the way to your thermostat.

Product Focus #3 - Not just your everyday IR plasma kit, it’s  much more!

The ultra-sensitive eye knows which frequencies to accept and which to ignore. For example, if you have a room with a lot of fluorescent light, the eye will not let that interfere with the IR signal from the remote. Product Focus #3 - 40% Longer Projector Lamp Life!

Raise your hand if you like expensive home theater gear. Thought so. Now, raise your hand if you don't like getting the most out of your money. Yeah...thought so too. Product Focus #2- u-TRAQ by Uplink

You're a business owner.  Chances are, you have at least one employee that drives one of your vehicles to job sites, to your local WAVE branch for equipment and any other trips that your business requires.  Now, I know installers always go exactly where they need to go as quick as they can get there (always obeying the speed limits), never making stops along the way.  However, if you're the cynical type (or realist), Uplink u-TRAQ may be for you.
